
I've been using Environ for a while now and found out about Power Plate® from their website.
I've been attending classes for over two years now and have been going almost every week. I used to get tired easily and had anemia, so I was exhausted in the beginning, even though it was only 15 minutes a week. But as I continued, I became able to increase the time to 30 minutes two to three times a week, and now I never feel tired.
As a freelancer, I have an irregular schedule from traveling so much 窶? I have to start early on some days and come home late on others 窶? but now my body and skin are in great shape. I can't imagine my life without Power Plate®!

This year is my third year of training with Power Plate®!. I had become overweight due to stress at work and a complete lack of exercise for the last 20 years, but I've really improved my body. I attend lessons here together with my daughter, a high-school student, to break my habit of not exercising and build up muscle in my legs and lumbar. And I'm having a great time. Thanks to the kind, warm, enthusiastic, and at times strict, instruction of athletes with strong spirits and well-trained bodies in a room that is always bright and clean, it is now easier for me to walk and go up and down the stairs. I have also been concerned about daughter's bad posture, but I think it has improved a little too.
The Power Plate® studio is near the train station, and they even provide workout uniforms, so it's very convenient.
I plan to continue attending and enjoying my lessons.

It has been four months since I started attending Power Plate Tokyo to develop physical strength for golf.
