A class designed for burning off unwanted fat. It includes aerobic exercises, which enable you to tone up efficiently.

A class designed to improve your body flexibility using the training methods adopted by top athletes. In this class, you can ease your muscle tension increasing ツꀀrelaxation effects.

PPStyle Active Yoga

A class designed to strengthen the torso and inner muscles by a combination of Power Plate training and various poses of Yoga as part of the core training program. The combination of stretching, balance training, and muscle strength exercises will help you to reduce your weight. This is a class to make your body more flexible and feminine.

Detox

A class mainly composed of massage along with easy Power Plate training and stretching. This class is suitable for ツꀀ those who want to improve blood ツꀀ circulation and shape up their body.

Core・Training

This training is designed to focus on your body axis and pelvis. As a part of core training series, it concentrates on core body workout for maintaining balance, coordination and good posture as well as a healthy lower back.

Circuit Training(1)~(2)

PPStyle Pilates

Start up・Beginner class

A class for those who have just started Power Plate training or who want to go back to basics. You can experience how effective Power Plate training can be, while carrying out basicツꀀlow load-exercises.
