Before Registration

Can I take a look at your studio?
Yes, you can. Please let us know in advance your preferred date and time by phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) or via Contact Form, so that we can prepare for your visit.
Can I try out the Power Plate?
Yes, you can. Since the free trial of the Power Plate is only available on a booking basis, please let us know in advance your preferred date and time by phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) or via Application Form for a free Power Plate trial.
What do I need to bring or wear for the free trial?
Nothing in particular, however, easy to move wear is recommended for training.
We provide towels for free and training clothes are available for rent. Changing rooms are available for your use. (Shoes are not required.)

How do I register? Please follow the following steps.

A2.Sign Up
Please fill out the application from with the necessary information.
Once the application process is completed, you will receive a member’s card.
How long does it take to complete the admission procedure?
It takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
When can I start using the facilities after completing the registration procedure?

Upon completing the procedure, you can use the facility on that day.
However, since the studio is used on a booking basis, you may not be able to take a studio lesson if it is fully booked. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I temporarily suspend my membership?
We do not have a “temporally suspension of membership” policy. Therefore, please use the facilities and services during “the period of validity”.
I would like to cancel my membership.

Please contact us by phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) or via the Contact Form stating the reason for cancellation.

When withdrawing from the membership, can I get a refund on any unused amounts of credit?

No refund is available after purchasing prepaid card and/or group lesson card.
Your understanding for this would be highly appreciated.

Registration Requirements

What is the qualifying age for registration?
You can enroll if you are 13 years of age and over.
There is no upper age limit to become a member.
Can I register if I cannot speak Japanese?
There are staffs who speak English and Portuguese currently working at our studio, so you can have lessons in either of these languages. If you wish to book lessons, please contact us by phone first (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) or via the Contact Form.
If I am pregnant, can I still register?
Please note that, as a principle policy, we kindly ask pregnant women to refrain from using our facilities.

Pricing

Is there a registration fee or monthly charge?
No, there is not.
What types of membership are available?
We have two types of membership :Personal lesson membership, and group lesson membership.For more details, please refer to the price list.
Please let me know the validity period of prepaid cards.

The validity period of prepaid cards shall be one year from the date of purchase. (As of April, 2010. )

My friend/family has the membership, do you have a friend/family introduction scheme?

Yes, we have a point reward scheme. If a member introduces his/her friends or family to us, some points are rewarded to the member, which may be used for training or classes.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payment only.
If I purchase a prepaid card at a fixed amount every month, Can I use the electronic withdrawal from my bank account?
We are sorry that currently we do not accept electronic withdrawal from bank accounts. Please purchase a card at the reception when you used remaining points. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I lost my prepaid card. Can you re-issue the card?
Yes, we can. Please note that there will be 500 yen charge for this service.

Reservation

When and how do I make a reservation for a lesson?

Please make your reservation with our staff at the reception, by phone(Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00), or you can sign up from our website.

You can also make a last-minute reservation if the lesson is not filled up. Please feel free to ask for details.
How many lessons can I sign up in advance?
There is no limit as to how many lessons you can make reservations for. If you know your schedule in advance, we recommend that you reserve multiple lessons in advance.
By when and how do I make changes or cancel my reservations?
Please inform us of reservations changes or cancellations at the latest 2 hours prior to the reserved lesson start time.
Can I register without an e-mail address?
We accept reservations at the reception or on the phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00), so please do not hesitate to contact us.
I have not received the confirmation e-mail about my registration. What shall I do?
There is a possibility that you have entered a wrong e-mail address when registering. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) .
How can I change the registered information?
You cannot change the registered information from the reservation screen. Please contact us by phone (Toll free: 0120-799-411 Monday to Friday 11:30-20:00) .

Programs

Do you keep a record of my training menu and progress?

Your trainer records all of your progress in your training chart. Additionally, trainers also provide feedback for your piece of mind.

How are the programs scheduled?
Group lessons are scheduled according to date and time, and the schedule is reviewed every three months. Please refer to the Group lesson class description for specifics program information.
When do I expect to feel the effect?
Each individual experiences different effects of training, and it differs depending on your aims to achieve. Most people see the difference numerically after three months. There are some members who see the effects after the first month, depending on his/hers frequency of training and predisposition.

Facilities and Services

I forgot to bring my prepaid card with me. Can I still use a studio?

If you tell the receptionist that you forgot your card, you can attend a class after recording your attendance .

Is there a parking?

Our studio has no parking. We’d recommend you to use nearby parking facilities or public transportation.

How long before the lesson should I go to the reception area?

Considering the time required to change clothes, we recommend you to arrive 10 minutes before the lesson begins.

Can I hire training clothes and shoes?
Yes, you can. However, we don’t have any shoes because they are not necessary.
Is there anything I should be aware of before and after exercise?

Please consult us before the class if you feel unwell.

Can I ask for any advice about my well-being and training programs?

You are always welcome to ask us about your well-being and training programs .

What types of lessons do you offer?
We offer one-on-one private lessons with a trainer. The contents of these lessons differ for each customer, because each program is specifically designed to meet the customer's needs. The contents of group lessons depend on the class selected, because the program for each class is different. Click here to see overviews of the group lesson classes.
Can I drink water while exercising?

Yes, please take fluid as you think necessary.

Are there any facilities or services like massage or esthetic clinics?
We’ll guide you to a skin care salon, “Environ’s Ginza” run by our company.

Can I purchase a Power Plate for home use?

Power Plate my5 and my3 are available for personal/home use.

Opening hours

In order to participate in the lesson, how long minutes before the lesson do I have to register at the reception.
Please register at the reception around 10 minutes before the lesson begins.
Please note that the registration is not accepted after the last lesson begins.
When are you closed?
We are closed at the beginning and end of the year and during Obon (a Buddhist festival period during the summer). The exact closing dates differ year to year, so please see our website for the schedule.
